Lesson Overview
Students take what they have learned about force, motion, friction, and gravity to begin to test out ideas for making their own vehicles. They will explore with wheels and axles and consider solutions to make them move more smoothly.

By the end of this lesson, students should be able to:- Explain how turning motion can also have friction.
- Use the engineering process to try out designs to solve a problem.
- Describe one way to use rolling to help move a vehicle.
